Stop cold feet. This special insulating insole prevents you from getting cold feet. The high density felt top will keep your feet warm, whereas the aluminium bottom and polyethylene middle layer act as insulator and prevent cold from entering the shoe or boot through the sole. The aluminium layer is coated with a sticky layer to prevent the insole from moving in the boot or shoe.
1rst Layer: Felt 100% polyester in grey colour with a weigh of 250 gr/m2
2nd Layer: Polyethylene foam 40 Kg/m3 and 4mm of thickness and 160 gr/m2
3rd layer: Film made of PETP foil coated, total weight of 96 gr/m2. The film is coated with water based acrylic resin.
The 3 elements are linked together using the “flamkaschierungs” technique.
